Apple based on its past history, usually release many bata updates, seeks through it to improve and polish its new operating system, even up to the final version, which is intended to ordinary users, that also happen with iOS 8. Each new iOS 8 beta includes several improvements and modifications, the same scenario is repeated here with the forth iOS 8 beta.
Apple has released iOS 8 beta 4 to developers, in turn, includes several minor interface tweaks and modifications, we will try to recount them in this list:
Tips app: The app was first time hinted by Apple at during WWDC, but its appearance not had, only with iOS 8 beta 4. Tips app now is a default iOS app and cannot be uninstalled, giving users tips on how to use iOS 8 on a weekly basis. For example, there are directions on using quick notification responses, activating Siri hands-free, and more.
Keyboard Settings: The option to toggle on the QuickType keyboard, that you can get it from Settings app, then Keyboard section, is now renamed from "QuickType" to "Predictive."
Bug Reporter: The preinstalled Bug Reporter app isn't longer exist, unlike the previous beta versions.
Spotlight Search: There are new options to remove Voice Memos and Bing Web Results from Spotlight Search. that by Settings app.
Handoff & Suggested Apps: iOS 8 beta 4 brings new options in Settings app to toggle Handoff on and off, but it doesn't appear to be present on the iPhone 4s. The others options allow users to toggle on Suggested Apps, which offer app suggestions relevant to location, so you can show only installed apps, or both installed apps and App Store apps.
Health: The Calories section of the Health app has been split into three options: Active, Dietary, and Resting calories.
iCloud Photo Library: Now is possible in iOS 8 beta 4 to determine a period of time to pause iCloud Photo Library, that by iCloud section from the Settings app.

The iOS8 concept is different from others in terms of functionality and technology used. There is said to be the huge disparity between the supply and demand of apps needed. iOS platform is 4 years old in the market and tens of thousands of organizations working on building apps.
