Chinese technology blog 86Digi (via Nowhereelse.fr) has surfaced a new physical mockup claiming to be based on real iPhone 6 machine schematics from supply chain sources.
The 4.7-inch iPhone 6 physical mockup features an ultra-thin design with rounded corners, and measures only 6 mm. The mockup shows the power button now located on the top right hand side of the device, in line with earlier reports that have indicated to the changing of the power button, in order to facilitate the use of the device with one hand, the modele also shows rectangular volume buttons on the left, and the camera and circular LED flash on the rear, while the LED falsh shape is elongated in the iPhone 5s.
The report pointed out that Apple will use a three-stage aluminum design on the back of the iPhone 6, so the mockup shows two antenna breaks cut out on the device's rear. This is partially in line with last week report that claimed Apple would be doing away with the glass breaks currently found on the iPhone 5s in favor of an aluminum design.

Two others physical mockups preceded this latest in recent days, the first surfaced on Chinese site Feng showing the larger 5.5-inch iPhone 6. The drawings show the larger iPhone 6 as slightly thinner than 4.7-inch, and features a protruding rear camera similar to that seen on the current iPod touch. the thinnest of the device necessitating a slight protrusion to accommodate the camera module.
The photo of the second physical mockup has been shared by Italian site Macitynet, the mockup is believed to be made by case manufacturers to test their cases well-before Apple actually releases the iPhone 6.
The iPhone 6 is expected to be unveiled later this year in two different sizes of 4.7-inches and 5.5-inches, the larger version would be delayed due the issues with the phone's display and battery, and the model is internally referred to by Apple suppliers as iPhone Air.
iPhone 6 may also be powered by Apple’s new A8 processor with 1GB RAM, Touch ID fingerprint sensor and an upgraded camera featuring optical image stabilization. Jefferies analyst Peter Misek reported that Apple is negotiating with carriers for a $100 price increase on the iPhone 6 as the device gets larger and the company packs more technology into it.
