Apple released today iOS 7.0.5 for iPhone, according to the release notes, the update corrects networking provisioning for some iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c models sold in China. Europe, and Asia Pacific.
The update, which arrives as Build 11B601 appears to be available for some models of the iPhone 5s and 5c:

7.0.5 comes more than two months after the release of iOS 7.0.4, that includes a number of improvements, bug fixes, and a repair for an issue that caused FaceTime calls to fail for some users.
