A recent unconfirmed report from The Verifier suggested Apple will drop down many iPhone models to upgrade to iOS 13 including, iPhone 5s iPhones 6, 6 Plus, iPhones 6s, 6s Plus, iPhone SE, iPad mini 3 likely iPad mini 4 too, and iPad Air, which means iOS 13 will just available on 2016 devices and newer, this it seems unlikely, Apple usually supports older devices for years, The report added that some iOS 13 features will be restricted to newer devices to "make as many users upgrade to the latest models of iPhones."
