Today an alleged 2019 iPhone chassis surfaced on Chinese social media, with three holes on the rear of the piece seemed to be a housing for three camera lenses.
The new pictures, which include the chassis and the mockup (bellow,) are shared via Weibo and later tweeted by Ben Geskin, coincided with earlier rumors that the 2019 high-end iPhones will come with a triple-lens rear camera system in a triangular configuration.
The talk about Apple adoption of triple camera lenses started way back in May 2018, in October well-connected analyst Ming-Chi-Kuo expected that the next-generation iPhone will feature triple-lens cameras, and just last week, an alike chassis shared by Slashleaks.
In January, renderings supposed to be for 2019 iPhone models released by serial mobile leaker Steve Hemmerstoffer (@OnLeaks) have a similar unusual-looking protruding square on the rear containing three lenses, a flash, and a mic arranged triangularly.
A week later after renderings release a report from The Wall Street Journal reported that at least one of the 2019 iPhone models will feature triple-lens camera system, another report from Bloomberg assured the rumor, but the lenses arrangement didn't mention by both publications.
The camera system in iPhones reiteration usually receive improvements, this year triple-lens camera addition will enhance the iPhone photograph at the great level so it will provide 3x optical zoom, more pixels, large field of view, and more.
