Apple on Monday, March 25 held “It's Show Time” a services-focused event at Steve Jobs theater on its Apple Park campus in Cupertino, California, where the company introduced new and upcoming services including Apple News+, Apple Card, Apple Arcade, and Apple TV+.

Apple News+ is a revamped subscription-based Apple News service that users need to pay $9.99 to access, providing more than 300 magazines and a handful of paywalled news, and anyone on the Family Sharing plan can read the content without any extra fee.

Magazines in Apple News+ are covering everything from entertainment, news, and politics to fashion, health, lifestyle, and travel, with magazines like The Atlantic Better Homes & Gardens, Bon Appétit, National Geographic, The Oprah Magazine, Time, Wired, Women’s Day, and more.

Apple News+ also include exclusive and in-depth journalism articles with newspapers like The Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times and Toronto Star, in addition to premium online publications like the Skimm, The Highlight by Vox, New York Magazine’s sites Vulture, The Cut, Grub Street, and more.

Apple news service offers the magazines in richly designed layouts with vivid photography, animated covers, and clear topography optimized for each device: iPhone, iPad, and Mac.


Apple introduced Apple Card

After Apple News+ Apple moved to show off the success and the popularity of Apple Pay which on target to surpass 10 billion transactions this year, related to that, Apple announced a new Apple Card which is a new Apple credit card designed to use with Apple Pay purchases and with like other credit card purposes.

Apple Card will be available this summer, Apple offering it in the partnership with Goldman Sachs and MasterCard, customers can sign up for an Apple Card right from an iPhone, the process will just take few minutes, and you start using it immediately. For non-Apple Pay payments, Apple gives you a slick titanium card with no visible information on it like number and CVV (that info are in Wallet app,) and no expiration date.

Apple Card enables you to obtain 1% cash back for normal card purchases, 2% cash back for Apple Pay purchases, and 3% cash back for Apple purchases, these cash backs provided to you in a daily basis and then you can use it for making purchases, sending cash by using Apple Pay Cash in Messages or paying your balance, what will perhaps distinguish Apple Card from others is budgeting and monitoring tools that enable you to display and track your spendings, Apple charge you no fee on the service, it plans to offer low-interest rate and providing support for its service via Messages app.


Apple introduced Apple Arcade


Apple announced a new cross-platform subscription gaming service called Apple Arcade, the service initially will provide more than 100 games from publishers like Disney, Sega, Cartoon Network, LEGO, Konami and more.

Apple Arcade is scheduled to be launched this fall in over 150 countries, Apple hasn't disclosed the price yet, Apple Arcade concept is to enable subscribers to access all games with no additional in-app purchases to unlock content, these games will be curated by Apple’s team, and can be played on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple TV, the whole family can play through Family Sharing feature with one subscription fee.


Apple introduced Apple TV+


Apple final new service was Apple TV+ where Apple will show its original content, the company has been working on more than a dozen of shows from creators like J.J. Abrams, Steven Spielberg, and Oprah.

The new service will be available within the revamped Apple TV app, and it will be launched in the fall, Apple hasn't disclosed Apple TV+ price yet.

The new version of Apple TV, which will be available on iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, and Mac (in the fall), will be also extended, for the first time, to the third-party smart TVs from Samsung, Sony, LG, and Visio, providing better than ever recommendations supported by machine learning, the new Apple TV will also feature a new “Channels” option that will allow you to subscribe to other providers like Starz, Showtime, and HBO. and watch their content within the Apple TV app without moving to each provider own app.


All of the new services that Apple unveiled at “It Time Show” event the only Apple News+ that is available now, with a one-month free trial, to get the service you should update your device to the after-event released iOS 12.2.

Apple Just hours after finishing the event has posted the full live stream video on the Apple Event Website, and also shared the promotion videos that have been shown during the event on its YouTube channel.
